Flaxseed Muesli

2 tsp ground flaxseed (freshly ground)!
fresh fruit like grated apple, sliced banana

Top all this with:

1 teaspoon honey
3 tsp raw milk
3 tsp flaxseed oil
100 grams of cottage cheese and yogurt, blended in equal quantities.

(I’d merely omit the flaxseed oil).

The cottage cheese it seems, is essential to make the oils in flaxseed water-soluble.

(Flaxseed is being praised by some natural health specialists, as a great source of natural Omega 3 oils, and other components, such as lignans).
